Rs. 1000/- cashback will be in the form of 10 vouchers of Rs.100/- each which can be redeemed, one at a time, against Jio recharges of Rs. 309/- or above plans or against Rs. 201/-or above data add-ons, via MyJio app only.
  2. How long is the “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer” valid for?

The “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer” offer is valid for all Xiaomi Redmi 5A purchased between 7th December, 2017 and 30th November 2018. Note: The offer is only applicable for Indian version of Xiaomi Redmi 5A.

The Rs.198 plan would only work in Xiaomi Redmi 5A device and would entitle user to:

  1. How and when will I get the cashback under the “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer”? You will get 10 vouchers for Rs. 100/- each, through MyJio application upon 13 consecutive successful recharges of Rs. 198/- on the same Jio Number used for making 13 recharges. The recharges should be performed on Xiaomi Redmi 5A device only. Consecutive recharges means that the 13 recharges of Rs. 198/- prepaid plan should be availed continuously and without any break between such recharges, in the provision of RJIL services, on account of failure to perform recharge.

  2. How can I redeem the cashback vouchers under the “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer”?
    Cashback vouchers can be redeemed, one at a time, against Jio recharges of Rs. 309/- or above plans or against Rs. 201/- or above data add-ons, via MyJio app only.

  3. Can the cashback voucher, under the “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer”, be transferred to any other Jio number?
    No, the cashback voucher is non-transferable.

  4. Will the “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer” offer be available, if I purchase Xiaomi Redmi 5A device from ecommerce sites?
    Yes, “Jio-Xiaomi Better Together Cashback Offer” is available for Xiaomi Redmi 5A device purchased from stores as well as ecommerce sites in India during the offer period.

You can register for free home delivery on 1800 200 2002 or http://www.jio.com/pshd using promo code ‘JioRedmi5A’. A valid Aadhaar number is mandatory to avail this service. This service is available in select towns & pin codes within India

  2. Are there any charges for availing home delivery of Jio SIM? No. As a limited period offer, Home delivery of Jio SIM is being offered absolutely free for every Redmi 5A customers.

  3. When do I schedule my Jio SIM Home Delivery? You should schedule the Jio SIM for home delivery on or after the likely receipt date of your Redmi 5A device. The availability of a Redmi 5A device or the purchase invoice proof is must at the time of SIM activation to get the “Free” Home Delivery of Jio SIM.

  4. What if I was unavailable on the scheduled time and date for my Jio SIM Home Delivery? We understand that due to any unforeseen situations, you may not be available on the scheduled time/date of the Home Delivery. The “Free” Home Delivery of Jio Sim is only a one time offer.   7. I do not have a local Aadhaar ID, will I still be able to get home delivery of Jio SIM? You can use either a local or an outstation Aadhaar Number. However, activation of home delivered Jio SIM is done through e-KYC process only, using Aadhaar Number.

  8. Do I need any other document to complete the e-KYC process for my home delivered Jio SIM? No, you do not need any other document to complete the e-KYC process other than your Aadhaar Number.

  9. What happens if the eKYC process fails? Provision of home delivery services is subject to applicable law. If your eKYC process fails, delivery and activation of Sim will not be made.

  10. What happens if I am unable to produce a new Redmi 5A device at the time of Home Delivery? The Jio executive will ask for a proof of purchase at the time of Home Delivery. Either the physical device (Redmi 5A) or the purchase invoice proof is must at the time of EKYC. You will be charged Rs 99/- if you are unable to produce either of the required proofs at the time of home delivery as per the Reliance Retail Limited Home Delivery charges.

  11. Can I perform any recharge on my Redmi 5A device? Yes, you may choose any Recharge plans offered to the Jio subscribers.
