There are three ways to view.
Viewing methods:
1. Component card: Swipe left or right on the watch's homepage to view current calories, steps, effective standing data/medium-to-high-intensity activities on the corresponding widget;
2. Application list: Tap the power button of the watch to enter the Application list, and tap the [Activity Indicators] Application icon to view;
3. Mi Fitness App: With the phone connected to the watch, open the Mi Fitness App and tap on the vitality indicator card on the health tab page to view it.
Note:
Only one of the two "effective standing" and "moderate-to-high-intensity activities" in the vitality indicator can be displayed. You can go to the [Mi Fitness] App >> [Health tab page] >> [Vitality indicator card] >> tap the [More] button in the upper right corner >> [Goal management] >> [Switchable goals], and select effective standing or medium-to-high-intensity activities as the [Vitality indicator].
