If the Redmi Note 10 Pro doesn't display the contact's name for incoming calls, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure that your phone's operating system is up-to-date. Software updates often include bug fixes, security patches, and improvements that can address software-level issues;
2. You may have saved duplicate phone numbers for the same contact, one of which does not have a name. This may cause the phone to only display the phone number when receiving a call from this contact. It is recommended that you clear duplicate contact records;
3. You can also try turning on [See caller and spam ID] by going to [Phone] >> [Contacts] >> tap the three dots at the upper right corner >> [Settings] >> [Caller ID & spam] >> [See caller and spam ID];
4. Verify whether you installed third-party apps that interact with calls (such as call blockers or dialer apps). Unlike the MIUI built-in features, these apps may not be compatible with the operating system or user interface and may display no Caller ID when answering a call. In this case, please uninstall the above-mentioned third-party apps;
5. Ensure you are in a place where the smartphone can receive a strong and stable signal;
6. Restart your Xiaomi smartphone to refresh the operating system and see if the Caller ID starts working properly;
7. If the issue persists, you can consider performing a factory reset. This will erase all data on your phone, so make sure to back up the data, log out your Xiaomi and Google accounts, and perform a factory reset.
We hope the above information is helpful. If the issue still occurs, we hope you could submit user feedback by going to [Settings] >> [Services & feedback], and wait for the future updates.
