How to turn on Focus notification on the phone that is connected to the Xiaomi Watch S3?
Open the [Mi Fitness] App >> [Device] >> [Message Notification] >> turn on [Message Notification] >> select [One Tap to Turn On].
Press and hold on the app icon >> [Application Information] >> [Notification Management] >> turn on [Focus Notification].
