If the Redmi Note 9 Pro can't be connected to the Wi-Fi network, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that your phone's operating system is up-to-date. Software updates often include bug fixes, security patches, and improvements that can address software-level issues;
2. If other devices work normally in this Wi-Fi environment, you can double-check if you're entering the correct Wi-Fi password, reconnect it, and see if the issue persists;
3. If other devices can't connect to the same Wi-Fi network, please reset the router or contact your carrier's customer support for assistance;
4. Ensure that you are within the range of your Wi-Fi router. If the signal strength is weak, your phone might struggle to maintain a stable connection;
5. If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to determine whether the issue lies with the previous Wi-Fi network;
6. Restart your phone. A simple restart can often resolve temporary connectivity issues;
7. Forget the network and re-connect it by navigating to [Settings] >> select [Wi-Fi] >> select the Wi-Fi you connected >> tap [Forget network] and tap [OK] >> choose the Wi-Fi you want to connect >> enter the Wi-Fi password and tap [Connect];
8. Please reset the Wi-Fi network by navigating to [Settings] >> select [Connection & sharing] >> go to [Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth] >> tap [Reset settings] and select [OK];
9. Check if the hardware is in good condition by going to the [Phone] app and inputting *#*#6484#*#* or *#*#64663#*#* to enter the hardware detection (CIT mode). If there is a hardware issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
However, if there is no hardware issue, we hope you could submit user feedback by going to [Settings] >> [Services & feedback], and wait for the future updates.
