Xiaomi Cloud backup data doesn't work on the Mi 11

The Mi 11 comes with Xiaomi Cloud of 5GB. You can back up the data to Xiaomi Cloud except for photos and videos. If you encounter the issue that can't backup photos and videos to Google, please contact Google customer service for further assistance.
If data can't be backed up to the Xiaomi Cloud on your smartphone, you can try the following methods:
1. Ensure that the Xiaomi Cloud service is enabled by going to [Settings] >> [About phone] >> [Back up and restore] >> [Xiaomi Cloud]. Then check if you choose the items you hope to back up;
2. Check if your Xiaomi account is properly signed in and ensure that your Xiaomi account has sufficient storage space for the backup by going to [Settings] >> scroll down and tap [Xiaomi Account] >> go to [Xiaomi Cloud] >> tap [Sync] >> tap [View details];
3. Ensure that your phone has a stable and active internet connection. Backup processes often require an internet connection to upload data to the cloud or other backup services;
4. Restart your phone and try backing up the data again;
5. Ensure that your smartphone's operating system is up-to-date. Software updates often include bug fixes, security patches and improvements that can address software level issues.
We hope the above information is helpful. If the issue still occurs, we hope you could submit user feedback by going to [Settings] >> [Services & feedback], and wait for the future updates.
