1. Enter the camera’s real-time video main interface from the Mi Home APP >> tap the [...] icon at the upper right corner >> go to the [Camera settings] >> turn on [Status light];
2. Try to replace the data cable or adapter (Please use the data cable or adapter produced by a regular manufacturer, the adapter needs to use 5V/1A);
3. Press and hold the reset hole for 3 seconds to reconnect the device.
