What should I do if the Mi Home APP prompts “Device offline” on the Xiaomi Smart Camera C200?

1. Please check if the camera is powered off and ensure that you are using an original adapter;
2. Please try to restart the router;
3. If the power supply of the device and the network is normal, please check the device indicator light:
The blue light flashes: The camera is connecting to the Internet. If the WiFi name or password has been modified, please reset the camera and reconnect;
The yellow light flashes quickly: The camera has been reset, please reconnect it;
The yellow light is always on: The camera needs to be refreshed.
4. Check whether the Mi Home APP version and mobile phone system version need to be updated;
5. Change the network environment and try to establish a mobile hotspot to connect the camera;
6. Confirm whether the SD card is inserted into the camera, pull out it and observe. Some SD cards with poor quality may cause offline problems in the camera.
