1. Mi Home APP turns off the volume of real-time video by default. You can turn on the volume key in the video window of Mi Home APP. If the volume is low, you can increase the volume of your phone;
2. Check whether the camera microphone is blocked by the casing;
3. If there is noise in the real-time video, please keep your phone away from the camera and avoid placing the camera next to electronic devices such as refrigerators and microwave ovens.
