How to resolve the sound sync issue on the Xiaomi TV F2 50?

If the Xiaomi TV F2 50 has a sound sync issue, please refer to the following scenarios:
Scenario 1:
If the issue occurs when you are using apps on your TV, please refer to the following methods:
1. Some apps have their audio settings. Check if the app you’re using has any specific settings for syncing sound;
2. Make sure the correct audio output is selected for your setup by navigating to [Settings] >> [Display and Sounds] >> [Sound Settings]. On this page, you can adjust your sound settings and reset the settings;

3. Clear cache and data by going to [Settings] >> [Applications] >> [Manage Installed Applications] >> select the app >> [Clear data] or [Clear cache];

4. Make sure that the app is up to date. Go to the Home screen >> select the [Search for] icon with your remote >> go to [Appstore] >> select the app you want to update >> press the three-horizontal-lined button on the remote control >> select the [More Info] option and update the App;
5. Reinstall the app and see if the issue still persists. Go to [Apps] >> select [My Apps] >> select the app and press the three horizontal lines button on the remote control, select [Uninstall] and then reinstall the app;
6. Make sure that your TV's operating system is up-to-date, which often includes bug fixes and improvements. Go to [Settings] >> [Device & Software] >> select [About] >> select [Install Update];
7. If the issue persists, you can consider performing a factory reset. Go to [Settings] >> select [Device & Software] >> select [Reset to Factory Defaults]. Be aware that this will erase all data and settings on your TV, so make sure to back up anything important before doing this.

Scenario 2:
If the issue occurs when you are using an external device like a DVD player or game console, please refer to the following methods:
1. Verify that the settings on the external device are configured correctly;
2. Ensure that the external device is properly connected to the TV. Verify that the cables are securely plugged into the correct input ports;
3. Inspect the HDMI cable for any damage. If possible, try using a different HDMI cable to see if the issue is related to the cable itself.
If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
