What to do if the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro overflows onto the floor?

If the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro overflows onto the floor, please refer to the following steps:
1. Disconnect the power with dry hands and wipe up the spilled water. Remove the main unit and the filter, then pour out water from the tank until the level is below the maximum water mark.
2. Check whether the water tank is correctly installed and securely in place.
3. Check the water tank, humidifier filter, and their surrounding areas for visible cracks, deformation, or other abnormalities.
4. Make sure the filter is correctly installed before reinstalling the main unit and water tank.
5. Check whether the device is placed on a flat and stable surface. Make sure the device is not tilted or shaking during operation.
6. After completing the above checks, add clean water to the water tank without exceeding the maximum water mark, then observe whether water continues to overflow or leak during operation.
7. If the device is damaged or continues to overflow or leak after the above checks, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
Note:
The buttons on the main unit have a splash-resistant design, but the device has no waterproof rating.
