What to do if the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro does not automatically shut off after reaching the set humidity in constant humidity mode?
To maintain the target humidity, the device calculates the difference between the target humidity and the ambient humidity, then adjusts the fan speed accordingly. If the target humidity is within 5% above the ambient humidity, the device operates at minimum speed to maintain the current humidity level. If the target humidity exceeds the ambient humidity by more than 5%, the device stops rotating but does not shut off completely.
If the Mijia Smart Air Purifier with Humidification Pro does not operate according to the above conditions, restart the device and check again. If the issue persists, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
