Why can't the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro connect to the Xiaomi Home App?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro can't connect to the Xiaomi Home App, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether the robot vacuum is powered off. If it is, press and hold the power button to turn it on.
2. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength. A weak Wi-Fi signal can cause the robot vacuum to go offline. Make sure the robot vacuum and omni station are in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal. The robot vacuum will automatically reconnect when the network signal improves.
3. If the robot vacuum goes offline during cleaning, it will continue the current cleaning task and automatically reconnect when the network signal improves.
4. Reset the Wi-Fi on the robot vacuum and reconnect it to a nearby router.
5. Verify Wi-Fi network compatibility. Make sure you are using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure the Wi-Fi name does not contain special characters and is not too long.
6. Check whether your home Wi-Fi is working properly. If there is something wrong with the Wi-Fi connection, reset the Wi-Fi of the robot vacuum, and then try reconnecting.
7. Check if the phone system and Xiaomi Home App are updated to the latest version.
8. Check phone settings. Enable Bluetooth and Location permissions on your phone. Allow the App to have all required permissions. Keep the phone close to the robot vacuum during pairing.
9. If it persists, please contact the after-sales service for further assistance.
