Why does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro make strange noise while cleaning?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro makes strange noise while cleaning, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the mop pad, main brush, main brush cover, and side brush from the bottom of the robot vacuum. If the abnormal noise disappears after removing these accessories, clean any tangled hair or foreign objects from the accessories and reinstall them one by one to confirm whether the noise disappears. If any accessories are damaged, please replace them promptly.
2. When the robot vacuum works on smooth tile or wood floors, the bottom scraper can produce slight sounds due to friction with the floor. This is normal.
3. The side brush and mop pad swing-out could produce slight gear sounds. This is normal.
4. When the robot vacuum passes through joints between tiles and floorboards, if the joints are uneven, it can produce slight clicking sounds.
5. Sudden abnormal noise can be caused by inhaling large foreign objects. Please clean promptly.
6. If the robot vacuum produces loud sounds during operation, please clean the dust compartment, remove the filter, tap it repeatedly over a trash can, rinse with clean water, dry, and reinstall. If the filter is severely dirty or damaged, please replace it promptly. You can also lower the suction level to Standard or Silent.
7. If the issue persists after completing the above troubleshooting steps, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
