Why can't the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro return to the omni station to charge?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro fails to return to the omni station to charge, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. For first-time use, be sure to remove all orange stickers, bumper strips, or decorative items from the robot vacuum and omni station. Ensure the omni station extension is properly installed and the seams are flat.
2. Ensure the omni station is placed against a wall on a flat surface, with no obstacles within 5 cm on both sides and 1.5 meters in front. There should be no highly reflective objects (such as mirrors, windows, or shiny metal) across from the omni station.
3. Flip the robot vacuum over and check and clean the caster wheel and drive wheels. If the caster wheel or drive wheels are stuck, the robot vacuum can walk abnormally, causing return-to-charge failure or repeated alignment.
4. Check the omni station power. Ensure both ends of the omni station power cable are securely plugged in, and the indicator is on.
5. The charging module could be dirty. Gently wipe the charging contacts on the robot vacuum and the charging springs and black lens on the omni station with a soft, dry cloth.
6. Damp or standing water on the ground around the omni station can cause the robot vacuum to slip. Please wipe it dry manually.
7. The return-to-charge path can be blocked. Please open all doors and tidy up the floor environment to ensure the return-to-charge path is clear.
8. Ensure the robot vacuum starts from the omni station and completes mapping or cleaning, and the omni station position is displayed on the Xiaomi Home App map.
9. Check whether the omni station position on the map matches the actual scene. If not, go to the Xiaomi Home App >> three dots icon in the upper-right corner >> Map list to restore the map or delete the map and create a new one.
10. If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
