If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro continuously washes the mop pad, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. First, clean the dirty water tank and the washboard, then check whether the issue is resolved.
2. Confirm the issue by noting how long the mop washing continues and whether you hear any alert tones or receive any notifications in the Xiaomi Home App.
3. Inspect the contact points on the washboard for any signs of moisture or contamination. If you find any, clean and dry the washboard thoroughly. If the issue persists, replace the washboard with a new one.
4. Check for any water between the washboard and the omni station. If water is present, clean and dry the area completely.
5. Check whether there is any water around the omni station. If so, wipe the station, the side walls of the washboard, and the surrounding floor dry.
6. Inspect the roller mop pad for dirt or blockages and clean it if necessary.
7. Check whether the dirty water tank filter is clogged with dirt or debris, and clean it thoroughly if needed.
8. After completing the above checks and cleaning, test the robot vacuum again. If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
