What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro cannot be turned on?
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Pro cannot be turned on, please refer to the following information:
1. Charge the robot vacuum before use.
2. Use in an environment above 0 °C and below 40 °C.
3. If the robot vacuum is not charging and is paused for 10 minutes, it will enter sleep mode. After 12 hours of sleep, it will shut down automatically.
4. If the robot vacuum cannot be powered on after leaving the omni station and losing power, please contact the after-sales service center for repair.
If the robot vacuum was trapped outside the omni station for a long time and shut down, it may not turn on. Please check whether the robot vacuum is getting stuck in any of the following situations:
1. Check the location where the robot vacuum gets stuck and see whether it is encountering a carpet, cables, loose obstacles, narrow spaces, low-clearance areas, thresholds, or similar scenarios.
2. If the robot vacuum is stuck on a thick, high-pile carpet, the drive wheels may experience overcurrent protection, which is outside the supported operating conditions. Please set a restricted area to avoid the carpet.
3. If there are cables or loose obstacles, remove them manually before cleaning.
4. For narrow spaces or low-clearance areas, first make sure that bed sheets, curtains, or other hanging fabrics are not causing false obstacle detection. Tidy the area and test again. If the robot vacuum still cannot pass through, set a restricted area to avoid it.
5. If the robot vacuum cannot cross a threshold, try adding a threshold in the Xiaomi Home App. To access this feature, go to Settings >> [More functions] and quickly tap [More functions] 10 consecutive times. The [Edit threshold] option will then appear. Before creating a virtual threshold, make sure there are no drop-offs, fragile items, or surfaces that could be easily scratched nearby.
6. If none of the above scenarios apply, please collect information about the environment and submit feedback through the Xiaomi Home App.
If the robot vacuum cannot be powered on due to an inability to charge, please contact the after-sales service center for repair.
