Why is the battery endurance of the left and right earbuds of the Xiaomi Buds 6 inconsistent?

If you notice a difference in battery endurance between the left and right earbuds of your Xiaomi Buds 6, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
1. The earbuds operate with one as the primary and the other as the secondary. The primary earbud handles data transmission to the secondary earbud and maintains the connection to the phone, resulting in higher power consumption. This difference is normal and does not indicate a defect.
2. When the battery difference between the two earbuds reaches 5%, they seamlessly switch roles, balancing the power consumption and gradually equalizing the remaining battery level of both. A slight difference in battery level is normal and part of the design.
3. Check the battery level displayed on the phone, as the battery percentage can fluctuate slightly based on the working status of the earbuds. The battery level updates in real-time during active use or charging, and minor variations between the left and right earbuds are expected.
4. If you consistently experience a large difference in battery endurance that does not balance out after extended use, ensure both earbuds are making proper contact with the charging pins inside the case. Clean the contacts if necessary. Update the firmware to the latest version through the Xiaomi Earbuds App, as software optimizations may improve power management.
5. If the issue persists after performing all the above steps, please contact your local after-sales service center for further inspection.
