If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro rolls up the carpet while cleaning, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. During cleaning, the carpet edges may get rolled up. This is usually because the main brush rotates at high speed, and its rubber strips may catch loose carpet fibers or edges. It is recommended to flatten or secure the carpet edges before cleaning.
2. If carpet cleaning is not required, you can set the robot vacuum to Carpet avoidance mode or Carpet crossing mode.
3. The obstacle-crossing height of the robot vacuum is about 2 cm. If the carpet is too thick, the contact area may increase when passing over it, and the driving wheels may cause the carpet to roll up. Please adjust the carpet cleaning mode according to your needs.
