Why doesn't my phone's lock screen display notifications?
If your phone's lock screen doesn't display notifications, please check the following methods:
1. Please check if the [Lock screen notifications] function is enabled. Please open the [Settings] App >> [Notifications & status bar] >> [Lock screen] >> check if the [Lock screen notifications] function is enabled for Apps.
2. Please check if the phone is in DND mode. In this mode, there'll be no reminders for incoming calls and notifications.
3. Please check if the App notifications function is enabled. Otherwise, none of this App's notifications will be displayed.
4. If you have set the Always-on display function, please open the [Settings] App >> [Personalization] >> [Always-on display notifications] >> check the display type. If you select [None], there will not be a notification on the lock screen.
5. If the issue persists, please try restarting your phone and submitting feedback in the Settings.
