If you can't disable the keyboard vibration on your phone, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If the customer is using Gboard as their keyboard, please go to [Settings] >> [Additional settings] >> [Languages & input] >> [Manage keyboards] >> [Gboard] >> [Preferences], then scroll down and disable [Keyboard vibration]. If the customer is using a different keyboard, please look for any vibration settings within that specific keyboard app.
2. Please also verify that haptic feedback has been correctly disabled by navigating to [Settings] >> [Sound & vibration] >> [Haptic feedback].
3. If all of the above settings have been turned off, please restart the phone.
4. Ensure that the phone's system software is updated to the latest version.
5. If the issue persists, we recommend backing up your important data and then performing a factory reset.
6. If the issue still persists, please guide the customer to submit feedback via the Settings menu.
