If the POCO C85 cannot be powered on, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check whether the shutdown is caused by a low battery. If it is, use the official charger to charge for 15–30 minutes, and then try to power on the device again.
2. If the battery is confirmed to have sufficient charge, press and hold the Power button for more than 10 seconds to attempt a force restart.
3. After powering off the phone, try pressing and holding the Volume up button and the Power button at the same time to check whether the device can enter Recovery mode. If it can, try wiping data and then restarting the device.
4. If the phone heats up when connected to the official charger without performing any operations, or if none of the above methods resolve the issue, please contact the local after-sales service for further inspection.
