If the Find My App shows the Xiaomi Tag only had 20% battery life when first paired, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. When a device is first paired, Apple's Find My App uses the default battery display logic, temporarily showing 20% battery. Please wait for the device to complete the voltage reading and sync with the App before checking the actual battery status.
2. After successful pairing, the device will re-acquire the current battery voltage and sync it to the App. The displayed battery level will differ from the actual level until the system update is complete. Please keep the device connected and wait patiently for the data to refresh.
3. While paired, battery information is updated automatically every two days, which will cause a slight delay in battery display. Please refer to your actual usage; frequent unpairing or battery replacement is unnecessary.
4. Each time the Xiaomi Tag is restarted, the device will re-detect the voltage and update the battery information, triggering a battery data refresh. If you need to confirm the accuracy of the battery level, try restarting the device and checking again.
5. Unstable Bluetooth connections or incomplete syncing will cause battery information to not update promptly. Please ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that the device is within range.
6. If it persists, please contact the official after-sales service for further assistance.
