To extend the stylus's lifespan and prevent battery overcharging, we have specifically designed an Float protection. Once the stylus is fully charged, the pad will stop charging it until the battery level drops to approximately 80%, at which point charging will resume until it's fully charged again.
Therefore, it's possible that even though the stylus has been magnetically attached to the pad, it may not be fully charged when removed. However, you don't need to worry; 80% battery life is sufficient for continuous writing for extended periods, which should meet your long-term writing needs.
If you are concerned that the stylus's battery level might affect your usage, you can periodically remove the stylus from the pad and then reattach it; the stylus will then resume charging until it's fully charged. This is a normal phenomenon and not a product defect.
