What to do if the phone or pad can't find the Xiaomi Tag?

If the phone or pad can't find the Xiaomi Tag, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please first confirm that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. You can check the Bluetooth switch status in your phone's settings.
2. Please confirm that the Xiaomi Tag is near your phone. If it's too far away, please move the device closer and try searching again.
3. You can try closing the Find My/Google's Find Hub App running in the background and then trying again. Also, turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again, or restart your phone and try connecting again.
4. We recommend uninstalling the current Find My/Google's Find Hub App and downloading and installing the latest version before trying again.
5. Please check if the Xiaomi Tag's battery has sufficient power. If the battery is low, we recommend replacing it with a fully charged battery before trying again.
6. Please confirm that the battery is installed correctly. You can remove and reinstall the battery before trying to connect again, ensuring the positive terminal is facing out and making good contact.
7. Please check if the Xiaomi Tag has been bound to another account. If it has, you need to use the original bound phone to unbind it and then rebind it.
8. If you still cannot connect, you can directly reset the Xiaomi Tag. Please open the battery compartment, remove the battery and let it sit for 15 seconds, then reinstall the battery, ensuring it is fully charged and making good contact. Next, press and hold the device button for about 15 seconds. After hearing a prompt tone, the reset is complete, and the device will enter pairing mode.
9. If it persists, please contact the official after-sales service for further assistance.
