Why can't the button be pressed when the phone with a protective case is attached to the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit Pro?
If the button can not be pressed when the phone with a protective case is attached to the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit Pro, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. The phone needs to be used with the dedicated protective case for the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Photography Kit Pro. When attaching the grip to the phone, please push it firmly to ensure it is fully seated, then press and push the button all the way down.
2. Please check if the grip is installed correctly. If it is not installed correctly, the buttons can not be pressed properly. You can remove the case and then install the grip to check if the button returns to normal.
3. If the grip is not installed correctly, the button can not be pressed properly. Please reinstall the grip in the correct position, then check if the button can be pressed normally.
