Why does the volume of the REDMI Buds 8 Pro adjust automatically?
If the volume of the REDMI Buds 8 Pro adjusts automatically, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. When the earphones are first connected to a Xiaomi device, the HyperOS version's volume protection mechanism causes the volume to adjust automatically.
2. When the earphones are first connected to an iOS device, iOS will automatically synchronize the volume.
3. After the earphones are connected to a device and the volume is adjusted, the volume will synchronize with the last set volume when the earphones are reconnected.
4. Skin and hair can accidentally touch the earbud volume control, so please do not accidentally touch the headphone touch area.
5. A system firmware issue can cause the volume to adjust automatically. Please update the earbuds' firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App to the latest version.
6. After resetting the earphones, pair them with your phone again to check if the problem is resolved.
