What to do if there is no sound when using the REDMI Buds 8 Pro for calls?

If there is no sound when using the REDMI Buds 8 Pro for calls, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the phone's volume is too low. If the volume is normal, go to the phone's "Bluetooth settings" and check if "Phone calls" and "Media audio" are both enabled for these earbuds in the connected devices list. If they are enabled, please disconnect and reconnect.
2. Please check if the earbuds are low on battery. Try putting them back in the charging case to charge, and then try again.
3. If the firmware is outdated, it can cause system bugs affecting call audio. You can update the earbuds to the latest firmware.
4. If the earbuds are connected to two devices simultaneously, audio channels can be occupied. Disconnect the other device and try again.
5. Please place the earbuds back in the charging case, open the case lid, and then press and hold the function button on the bottom of the case for 10 seconds until the white LED indicator flashes rapidly. This will restore the earbuds to factory settings and put them into pairing mode. After resetting the device and restarting your phone, try reconnecting to see if the sound is restored. If there is still no sound, please try connecting to another phone.
6. If all of the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
