If the button on the charging case of the REDMI Buds 8 Pro is unresponsive, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If the charging case battery is too low or depleted, the button may not respond. Fully charge the charging case using a compatible charger and cable, then try pressing the button again after the indicator light turns on.
2. Dust, debris, or dirt around the button can prevent it from being pressed properly. Gently clean around the button with a soft, dry cloth or a small brush to remove dust and debris, and make sure the button can be pressed normally.
3. The button may be temporarily stuck. The side button of the REDMI Buds 8 Pro charging case is designed with a precise structure. Pressing it from one side with a sharp object, such as a fingernail, may cause it to stick briefly. Pressing the button from the opposite side can restore normal operation. For best results, press the button with your fingertip.
4. If the charging case is physically damaged or worn, for example, due to being dropped or exposed to moisture, the button mechanism may become stuck or damaged, leading to button malfunction. If exposed to moisture, allow it to dry completely.
