If the sound is stuttering when using REDMI Buds 8 Pro, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. A low battery in earphones or a phone can cause audio interruptions and stuttering. Please fully charge your phone and earphones before testing.
2. Too much distance between the phone and earphones, or obstructions such as walls blocking the signal, can cause intermittent audio or noise. Please move your phone and earphones closer together and avoid obstructions between them.
3. Environmental signal interference can affect the earphones' radio frequency performance. Try using earphones in different environments to see if the problem persists.
4. Multiple routers or Bluetooth devices operating simultaneously near the earphones can cause varying degrees of interference, potentially leading to stuttering, interruptions, or disconnections.
5. An unstable Bluetooth connection on your phone can also cause audio stuttering. Try restarting Bluetooth and testing again.
6. Please try restoring the earbuds to factory settings: Place the earbuds back in the charging case, with the case open, press and hold the function button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the charging case flashes rapidly. The earbuds will then restore factory settings and re-enter pairing mode. After restoring factory settings, please pair again.
