3. If there are objects nearby that produce significant electromagnetic interference, it could cause low volume. It is recommended that you keep away from objects that produce significant electromagnetic interference, such as microwave ovens, when using the earbuds.
4. Dirt or earwax can block the speaker mesh and reduce volume. Gently clean the earbuds with a soft brush or cloth.
5. Make sure the volume on both the earbuds and the connected device is turned up.
6. Connect the earbuds to a different phone or device to see if the problem persists. This helps identify if the issue is with the earbuds or the original device.
7. A system firmware issue could cause the sound level to be low. Please ensure that both the earbud firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App are updated to the latest version.
