If the REDMI Buds 8 Lite touch control sometimes becomes unresponsive, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. If the touch area is not tapped correctly, the REDMI Buds 8 Lite cannot respond. Please lightly tap the touch area indicated on the side of the earbuds. The touch function will not work properly if the designated area is not tapped, if the taps are too close together, or if the tapping force is insufficient.
2. Touching the prompt area when the earbuds are not worn or not fitted correctly can cause no response. Adjust the earbuds according to the manual to ensure a correct fit.
3. If the finger is dirty or has too much liquid on it, it can cause the pressure indicator area to become insensitive. Please keep both your finger surface and the earbud pressure indicator area clean before pressing.
4. Check if there is an issue with the Bluetooth service, or if the touch control has stopped working after switching between multiple devices. Please turn Bluetooth off and on again, unpair the earbuds, and then search for and pair them again.
5. System firmware issues could also cause touch control problems. Please ensure that both the earbud firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App are updated to the latest version.
6. Please reset the earbuds and then pair them again.
