If the REDMI Buds 8 Lite disconnects from the phone automatically, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Please ensure both the earbuds and charging case have sufficient battery power. Low battery levels could cause unstable connections or automatic disconnections. It is recommended to charge the earbuds and the charging case before testing.
2. The phone could be too far from the earbud, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10 m), or there is an obstacle between the earbud and the phone. Place the earbuds and phone together to reconnect them.
3. In areas with strong electromagnetic interference (such as near microwave ovens, monitoring equipment, or areas with many wireless routers), stuttering, intermittent connections, or disconnections could occur. It is recommended to move away from the interference source before attempting to connect again.
4. Disconnect and reconnect the REDMI Buds 8 Lite in your device's Bluetooth settings. If the problem persists, please try restoring factory settings. Place both earbuds in the charging case and open the lid. Press and hold the button on the charging case for about 10 seconds to reset, then re-pair and connect.
5. It is recommended to check and update the firmware through the Xiaomi Earbuds App.
6. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
