1. Check if the earbuds and charging case have sufficient power. If the battery is completely drained, the earbuds cannot turn on. Place the earbuds in the charging case for 10–15 minutes, then try to power them on again.
2. If the charging case has a low battery and the charging port has dust, the earbuds cannot charge, which can prevent them from turning on. Ensure the charging case has sufficient power, and clean the metal contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case to maintain good contact.
3. Extreme temperatures can trigger the battery’s protection mechanism, temporarily preventing the earbuds from turning on. You can use the earbuds in a room temperature environment.
4. Try to place the earbuds in the charging case, open the charging case lid, and press and hold the function button on the charging case to see if the earbuds can be reset.
