If the Xiaomi Home App shows the Mijia Smart Air Purifier Max offline, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Confirm that the device is powered on and operating properly. Ensure the display is functioning.
2. Check the Wi-Fi network. Make sure your router is working properly and that the purifier is within the Wi-Fi coverage area.
3. Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in (allow time for the power supply to discharge). Then try resetting the Wi-Fi of the purifier and reconnecting it to your network via the Xiaomi Home App.
4. Ensure there are no firewall settings, MAC filtering, or network isolation features on the router that could block the purifier from connecting.
5. Make sure the Xiaomi Home App is updated, and the purifier firmware is current. Outdated software can affect connectivity.
6. Move the purifier closer to the router if the Wi-Fi signal is weak, and avoid placing it near thick walls or metal objects that can interfere with signal strength.
7. Restart your router. Sometimes router issues can temporarily prevent devices from connecting.
8. If the issue persists after all steps, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
