1. Please carefully check if the feeder and power cord are securely connected and look for any physical damage, such as cracks or signs of water ingress, as these may prevent the feeder from turning on properly.
2. Please check if the screen is lit up. If the feeder's screen is illuminated, it means it's already powered on. If the screen is not lit, simply press (click once) the power button on the back of the feeder to turn it on.
3. If the feeding mechanism jams, it can cause excessive resistance to the motor, triggering the protection system and preventing it from starting. Check if there is any food stuck in the blades inside the food compartment, and if there is any food stuck or remaining in the “food path”.
4. Please cross-verify by using both battery power and a power adapter. Also, try testing with another known working outlet and circuit to rule out specific wiring problems.
