Why can’t the Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2 connect to Wi-Fi?

If the Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2 cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz, as the Xiaomi Smart Pet Food Feeder 2 does not support 5 GHz networks. Also, ensure the router is powered on and properly connected.
2. Check if the Xiaomi Home App is the latest version, update it to the latest version, restart the Xiaomi Home App, and try again.
3. If the Wi-Fi password is incorrect or contains unsupported special characters, verify the password and ensure it only contains valid characters.
4. Check if the distance between the feeder and the router is too far, try moving closer to the router.
5. If the Wi-Fi name or password has been changed, the feeder may fail to connect. Rebind the feeder using the updated network credentials.
6. Temporary errors or configuration issues can prevent the feeder from connecting. Reset the feeder and try connecting to Wi-Fi again.
7. If the issue persists after trying the above steps, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
