If the POCO Pad screen won’t turn on, it is related to battery level, charging accessories, port contact, a temporary system freeze, overheating protection, display faults, physical damage, or firmware issues.
If the screen of the POCO Pad cannot power on, please refer to the following methods:
1. Charge the POCO Pad for at least 30 minutes using an official or compatible charger and cable, then try to power it on again.
2. Check the charging port for dust or lint, ensure the cable is firmly inserted, and try another wall outlet to rule out unstable power.
3. Observe any signs of power, such as a charging icon, indicator, vibration, or sound, because this helps confirm whether the device is receiving power.
4. Force restart the POCO Pad to clear a system freeze, press and hold the Power button for about 10 to 15 seconds, and if it does not respond, try Power plus Volume Up for several seconds based on your device's behavior.
5. If the device feels hot, stop charging and let it cool down for a while, then try charging and powering on again to avoid overheating protection.
6. If it persists, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
