If the low water level indicator lights up, it means the water tank of the Xiaomi Instant Hot Water Dispenser needs to be refilled. After installing the water suction tube, this alert can also appear.
If the Xiaomi Instant Hot Water Dispenser indicates no water, please refer to the following information:
1. If the low water level indicator lights up, the issue can be caused by insufficient water. Please check whether the water tank is empty and try refilling it.
2. When the tube is connected for the first time, the low water level indicator lights up because there is air inside the tube. Once the air is expelled, dispensing water a second time will work normally, and this is considered a normal phenomenon.
3. If the low water level indicator lights up every time water is dispensed, you should check whether the water level in the bucket is higher than the end of the tube. If the water level is too low, air can enter the tube during dispensing, causing the alert, and in this case, the bucket water should be replaced.
4. You should check whether the suction tube is damaged. If any damage is found, the tube should be replaced with a new one.
5. A gap between the tube connector and the machine can allow air to enter during dispensing, resulting in the low water level indicator lighting up. If the connector is not properly aligned, it should be removed and reinstalled flatly.
6. If the low water level indicator lights up after following these steps, it may indicate a hardware issue, and contacting after-sales service is recommended.
