If videos recorded on the REDMI Note 12 Pro cannot be played, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please confirm whether all recorded videos are unable to play, and check whether photos can be displayed normally.
2. Open Google Photos and check if the videos can be played there.
3. Restore the default video playback app: Open the Settings app, go to Apps, access the default apps settings, and reset the video playback app to the system default or select a preferred app for video playback. Then check whether the videos can be played normally.
4. Check videos in the File Manager App. Open the File Manager App, locate the folder where camera videos are stored, and try playing the videos directly from there.
5. If the issue continues after completing the above steps, please submit feedback through the system Settings.
