If the Mijia Rotary Tool Kit powers off even when it is plugged in, please refer to the following troubleshooting and guidance:
1. Ensure that the power adapter you are using is compatible with the rotary tool, preferably 5V/3A. An incompatible adapter can provide unstable voltage, causing the tool to shut down unexpectedly.
2. Check whether the charging cable is firmly connected and free from damage. If the cable is loose or faulty, try replacing it with a compatible charging cable.
3. The rotary tool has an automatic thermal protection feature: if it runs continuously for about 10 minutes, it can power off to prevent overheating. Allow the tool to rest for a few minutes before restarting.
4. Continuous operation under heavy load can trigger over-temperature protection, which will automatically shut down the tool to protect the motor.
5. Applying excessive force or pressure during operation can cause a stall or block, activating the tool’s built-in safety protection and causing it to power off.
6. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact the official after-sales service for further inspection.
