Why can not the camera on the REDMI Pad 2 be used？

If the camera on the Xiaomi REDMI Pad 2 cannot be used, please refer to the following methods:
1. Close all background apps and restart the tablet. Apps such as video conferencing tools or social apps can use the camera in the background.
2. Clear the Camera app cache or data, update the system and apps, then restart the device. Corrupted cache or app errors can prevent the camera from starting.
