If the recordings in the memory card of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C500 can't be viewed, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the memory card specifications. Ensure the microSD card meets the recommended capacity and speed class for the camera.
2. Check whether the card is properly inserted. Make sure the microSD card is fully seated in the camera's card slot.
3. Check SD card storage settings. Open the Xiaomi Home App >> tap the three-dot icon >> [Manage storage] >> [SD card status] >> Ensure [Storage on/off] is enabled.
4. Check firmware and App updates. Ensure both the camera firmware and Xiaomi Home App are up to date.
5. Format the SD card. Backup important data, then format the card in the Xiaomi Home App to ensure a proper file system.
6. Use a qualified or recommended memory card. Preferably, use high-quality branded or dedicated microSD cards certified for surveillance use.
7. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
