If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro collides, please refer to the steps to troubleshoot:
1. The dirty sensor causes collisions. Please wipe the obstacle avoidance sensor lens on the front of the main unit with a soft, dry cloth to ensure no fingerprints or dust remain.
2. Some dark-colored or highly reflective surfaces (such as metal), transparent objects (like glass walls), small table or chair legs, and some low obstacles, or obstacles appearing in detection blind spots, can occasionally be undetected, causing collisions.
3. In low ambient light conditions, the ability to detect six types of objects: fabric items, power cords, pet waste, shoes, the omni station, and weighing scales decreases.
4. When encountering soft obstacles like curtains or slightly open doors, the robot vacuum will slow down and gently bump or even avoid contact; slight touches in these cases are normal.
5. In complex home environments with many floor obstacles trapping the robot vacuum, collisions can occur during escape attempts.
6. If the obstacle avoidance sensors fail, collisions could happen even when obvious obstacles are present.
