If the Xiaomi Smart Camera C302 fails to record or send alerts even when there is movement detected, please follow the steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether video upload is disabled in the Home Surveillance settings.
Note:
Cloud storage services can not be available in some countries. If there are no cloud storage settings, proceed to the next step.
2. Ensure that the corresponding AI features are enabled; otherwise, the camera will not record.
