What to do if the PTZ position of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C302 is offset?
1. If the PTZ of the Xiaomi Smart Camera C302 is misaligned or the lens is not positioned accurately, do not twist the camera head to force it to rotate. Instead, calibrate the PTZ through the Xiaomi Home App.
2. PTZ deviation could occur due to long-term rotation, so regular calibration is recommended.
To set up Camera calibration on the camera, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open Xiaomi Home App.
2. Select [Device card].
3. Tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner.
4. Select [Camera settings].
5. Tap [Camera calibration].
