1. For first-time use, it is recommended to remove the lithium battery pack, fully charge it, and then use the lock.
2. Ensure the lock is connected to a Wi-Fi network. If using Bluetooth, make sure the phone is within 10 meters of the lock.
3. Ensure the lock is connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the lock does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
4. Check that the Xiaomi Home App is updated to the latest version.
5. Ensure the lock’s firmware is up to date, as outdated firmware can cause pairing issues.
6. Check for interference from other Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices nearby, which can affect connectivity.
7. If the lock still cannot connect, remove the device from the App and set it up again.
