If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ cannot recognize the mop pad holder, it means the robot vacuum does not detect that the holder is attached to the main unit. In this case, the device cannot start mopping mode, the app may show a “mop not detected” message, and no water will be released during cleaning.
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ cannot recognize the mop pad holder, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Reinstall the mop pad holder.
2. Restart the device.
3. Ensure both mop pad holders are properly installed. Only then will the voice prompt work.
