Why does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum show offline on the Xiaomi Home App?
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum is offline, please refer to the following causes:
1. The Xiaomi Home App cannot connect to the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum when it is powered off.
2. The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum will go offline if the network signal is weak or unstable in its location.
3. There is no Wi-Fi connection at home.
To make the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum online, please refer to the following solutions:
1. Please check if the robot vacuum is powered off. If it is, please press and hold the power button to turn it on.
2. If the robot vacuum disconnects during cleaning, it will continue to work normally and will automatically reconnect once the network signal is restored.
3. You can add or reset the robot vacuum's network. Select a router network closest to the robot vacuum for pairing.
4. Check if your home Wi-Fi is working properly. You can try switching to a different Wi-Fi network.
