Ensure the phone is connected to Wi-Fi and has internet access.
If the purifier has been offline for over an hour, press and hold the Select button on the device for 7 seconds. When the Wi-Fi indicator starts blinking in orange, try reconnecting.
For Android phones, make sure location permissions are enabled in App management.
Verify that the correct Wi-Fi password is entered.
If the router has many connected devices, causing a slow or unresponsive network, restart the router and try again.
Use English characters for the Wi-Fi name, and the password should contain only letters and numbers (no %, -, _, etc.).
Re-download the Xiaomi Home App from the Play Store or App Mall and try connecting again.
If the purifier is far from the router or obstructed, try using another phone as a hotspot.
Check that the router firewall settings do not block the connection.
